Your privacy matters. This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit Kpicked, the website at kpicked.com, “Curated pick of niche Korean beauty products,” or contact its operator Marie Sergeeva (the data controller).

1. Data I collect

• Data you send me: when you write via WhatsApp or Telegram, I receive your name, phone number or username and the content of your message.
• Technical data: the hosting provider may log IP address, browser type and pages visited for security and reliability.
• Preferences: your language choice and cookie choice are stored only in your own browser.

This site offers an optional inquiry form, but has no visitor accounts or advertising trackers.

Inquiry form: the message is composed entirely in your own browser from the options you choose (shop or brand name, country, preferred product categories, expected order volume and language). Nothing you enter is sent to Kpicked, Marie or any third party, and nothing is saved in the website's application database or browser storage — the details remain only in the open page. You review the composed message and decide whether to send it yourself through WhatsApp or Telegram.

2. Why I use it

• To answer your inquiry and discuss distribution or partnership (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
• To compose your inquiry message locally in your browser when you use the inquiry form.
• To keep the website secure and working (legitimate interest).
• Optional analytics only if you accept them in the cookie banner (consent).

3. Sharing

I do not sell or rent your personal data. Data is shared only with service providers needed to run the site and messaging (hosting, WhatsApp, Telegram) or when required by law.

4. Retention

Correspondence is kept as long as needed for our business relationship and legal obligations, then deleted.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA, Korean PIPA, or applicable privacy laws in former CIS countries), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
