Whether you are a Korean brand or an independent shop, cooperation follows the same short path. Every step ends with something written down, so nothing depends on a memory of a conversation.

First message
You write on WhatsApp: your brand or shop, your city, what you are looking for. English, Russian or Korean — whichever is easier for you.
You send the basics; Kpicked replies with the first questions.

Shortlist
Products that fit are proposed, with a reason for each one. For a brand, this is also where fit is decided honestly.
Kpicked selects; you say what to drop.

Samples and quote
Where a brand can, samples come first. A quote then sets out products, quantities and terms in writing.
The brand provides samples; Kpicked prepares the quote; you confirm.

Agreement
Territory, pricing, minimums, payment terms and any exclusivity are agreed before the first order, in writing.
Both sides confirm.

First batch and delivery
The batch is packed, shipped and tracked, with the documents needed for legal import prepared with the brand and the shop.
Kpicked organises; the brand provides documents; you confirm receipt.

Replenishment
After the batch lands, what sold and what did not shapes the next shortlist.
You report; Kpicked adjusts.
About timing
Timelines depend on the brand, the batch and the destination, so no day counts are published here. Anything that varies is agreed in writing per brand and per order.
