FAQ
Questions
The things people ask first
Collected from the questions brands and shops ask most. Anything specific to a brand or an order is answered directly — and agreed in writing.
- What is the minimum order?
- There is no published minimum. Quantities are agreed per order, so a first batch can be focused rather than broad.
- Can I mix categories in one batch?
- Yes. A shortlist usually spans categories — what matters is that each product has a reason to be on your shelf.
- Can I try products before ordering?
- Samples are arranged through the brand before a first batch, so you can judge texture, scent and finish yourself.
- How are products shipped, and who handles customs?
- Shipping is organised with tracking, and the documents needed for legal import are prepared with the brand and the shop. Timelines depend on the destination and are agreed in writing.
- How do I know the products are authentic?
- Products come from direct relationships with Korean manufacturers and brands, with batch and ingredient information available — not through an anonymous reseller.
- Is exclusivity possible?
- It can be discussed per brand and per territory, and is confirmed in writing before the first order. It is not offered by default.
- Which languages do you work in?
- English, Russian and Korean. Write in whichever is easier for you.
- How quickly will you reply?
- WhatsApp is the channel that is actually watched, so a reply arrives at message speed rather than email speed.
- Do you sell to customers directly?
- Kpicked works business to business: brands on one side, shops on the other. A shop then sells to its customers.
